London and Quadrant were embarking on a new Document Management
and Workflow System. There were approx. 60 users at different
levels that required training at two office locations in West
Norwood and Bracknell.
Nathan Interactive managed the Training Need Analysis, training approach and
project plan. As part of the training courseware that was developed
an online training site was published on their existing intranet,
which included downloadable PDF topic sheets allowing customised
manuals.
