As a result of FSA regulations that came into effect from October 31st and GMAC RFC strategic vision to continually ensure a streamlined and compliant mortgage process, a number of system and process changes were delivered by the ORB Programme.

The ORB (Operating a Regulated Business) Programme was responsible for the development of a series of system changes including POS RP, POS Broker, Sourcing Systems (MBL and Trigold), and Enterprise 3.0.

The training programme designed and managed by NI for POS-D Launch Day and ORB M-Day was completed with good success.

The programme was designed to ensure that all of brokers, partners and associates gain necessary knowledge and skills on usage of new or enhanced mortgage systems and compliant mortgage procedures.
